QUESTION: What is a Trademark License?
ANSWER: A Trademark License gives you the rights to use our legally protected piece of intellectual property.

QUESTION: Do I need to create my own LLC, or another type of Business Entity or register a company with the state?
ANSWER: This is up to you! You may want to consult with a Lawyer or Accountant to discuss the pros and cons of doings so or look into free services by small business administration.

QUESTION: What other additional cost might there be besides the LET'S PLAY TODAY® Educational Training Program?
ANSWER: CPR certification, Liability Insurance, Criminal Background Check, Equipment, Music, Marketing materials. ** See the Training Program Information packet for detailed information.

QUESTION: Once I purchase the LET'S PLAY TODAY® Educational Training Program, how long will it take to get started?
ANSWER: This is up to you and how quickly you can learn the program and feel comfortable utilizing it. Typically, this takes 1-3 months.

QUESTION: Where can I teach these classes?
ANSWER: You can teach the Let's Play Today® program anywhere that caters to children, providing it's a safe environment. Here are some options: daycares, preschools, health centers, recreational centers, libraries, mom groups, malls, bookstores and toyshops. The space should be large enough for children to move with objects moved to the perimeter. Setting a room up for success and safety is discussed in the Training Manual.

QUESTION: How do I structure the classes? Can I offer a six-week program or yearly options?
ANSWER: There are many possible ways to decide how to offer these classes. This is up to you! In some situations, parents will be paying for classes. In other cases, the facility will hire you per hour to instruct the classes. Here are some options: Provide six-week sessions (one class per week). Parents register for the full six -week session at one time, before the session begins. This six week session is typically called an "enrichment class" which is offered after normal preschool hours. Provide gym instruction during school hours and work for the preschool or daycare. This could be a school long contract.

QUESTION: How much can I charge for these classes?
ANSWER: This is up to you! The amount you charge for your classes will depend on where you are teaching the class and what arrangement you have with the facility.

QUESTION: How much can I make?
ANSWER: Every situation is different, so we wouldn't be able to tell you an exact number. This is completely dependent on the pricing structure you set up (how much your charge per class), the number of participants that pay, the pricing arrangement you work out with the facility and how many classes you teach a week.

According to the 2005 dietary guidelines from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), all children 2 years and older should get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise on most, preferably all, days of the week
